Lesotho Salary After Tax Calculator 2026/2027

Estimate take-home pay from a manually entered salary and understand how PAYE, approved deductions and post-tax cash commitments affect the result.

What the estimate shows

The calculator separates gross employment income, supported deductions, chargeable income, estimated PAYE and post-tax cash deductions so the user can see the mathematics rather than only a final net figure.

Worked PAYE method

  1. Identify gross employment income for the selected period.
  2. Review supported deductions and the assumptions used.
  3. Apply the 2026/2027 PAYE bands to chargeable income.
  4. Subtract the applicable monthly resident credit without producing negative PAYE.
  5. Subtract actual cash commitments separately to reach estimated take-home pay.

Use it for salary and inflation decisions

Compare the result with the salary and inflation calculator to distinguish a nominal increase from a real purchasing-power improvement. Keep negotiation scenarios separate from approved payroll instructions.
